Our Youth Program is designed to introduce young people to the exciting and challenging sport of curling. We provide a safe and fun environment where kids can learn the basics of the sport, make new friends, and develop important life skills such as teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship.

The program starts with an introduction to curling, its history, and the basic rules. Participants are provided with all necessary equipment, including curling shoes, brooms, and curling stones. Safety is emphasized, and participants are taught how to fall properly and safely, and how to stay safe on the ice. Proper curling technique, including delivery, sweeping, and strategy, is also taught. As the program progresses, participants have the opportunity to put their skills into practice through game play, with a focus on having fun and making new friends. Some youth programs may also include opportunities for participants to compete in local, regional, or national competitions against other youth teams, providing a further incentive for skill development and team building. Overall, Our Youth Program is a great way for young people to learn a unique and rewarding sport, while also gaining important life skills that will serve them well both on and off the ice.
