2023 BCC Mixed Memorial Bonspiel - (Non BCC Teams Only)

2nd Annual BCC Mixed Memorial Bonspiel

20 Non BCC Teams Maximum

First games played on Friday.

• Guaranteed 3 Eight End Games (time limits apply)

• BCC has opened a New Bar inside the Club with Beer, Wine, Cider, Liquor, and Soda available.

* Casual Meals served by the Club include

- Friday Dinner,

- Saturday Lunch and Dinner

- Sunday Lunch

• Finals Sunday at 2:00pm

As this is a Memorial Bonspiel, we felt it only fitting that you be given the opportunity to honor a past curler. Like last year, we will be posting your photos and a short writeup about the person on the presentation which will be running on the big screen throughout the weekend. . Please consider participating in this as well but we ask that you limit this to no more than 4 per team.

BCC Teams - 2023 BCC Mixed Memorial Bonspiel

Hello fellow BCC Members!

The Buffalo Curling Club is planning to hold our 2nd BCC Memorial Mixed Bonspiel on April 28 to April 30, 2023. This will be a 3 day traditional Mixed Bonspiel with 2 men and 2 women curling alternately.

With Maurice winning the Bonspiel last year, his team is automatically in. So there are 3 remaining slots for BCC Teams.

Open Registration will start on March 6, and conclude on March 25, 2023. If more than 3 teams sign up by March 25th, we will start a play down on one or two Sunday afternoons (date TBD) to determine what teams will be entered in the Bonspiel and who would be on a wait list.

Payment will not be collected at registraton but only when your team is set to play in the Bonspiel

If you are an individual and would like to play, please send Dave Stachura a note at [email protected]buffalocurlingclub.org and he will try to place you on a team. Note, last year, some out of town teams needed a player to fill out their team as well and you could be placed on one of those teams as well.

The cost is $420.00 per team with:

• Guaranteed 3 Games (time limits apply)

• Cashless Bar - Beer, Wine, Hard Cider, liquor, Soda, and juices

• Lunch - Saturday and Sunday

• Dinner - Friday & Saturday

• Games start Friday at 3pm, 5:30, and 8:00pm and Finals start Sunday at 2:00pm

Toast El Compressor Bonspeil (or The Mexican, Curlng, Horse Racing Extravaganza) is the Buffalo Curling Clubs Closing Ceremony for the 2022-2023 Season. Come join the party and help us celebrate the end of the season. The day will consit of the following:

• Scramble Format Bonspeil - Guarantee 2 games - (Teams and Postion will be determined day of event)

• Special Gameplay Format*

• 2 Meals (Lunch & Dinner) | Drink Specials

• “Toast the Compressor” Ceremony
