All handles will be assigned by random draw
New handles will be Red and Yellow for visibility and lettered A-D

Engraving detail:

• First side engraved: maximum of 2 lines. Each line limited to 18 characters total (including
  punctuation and spacing)
• Second side engraved: maximum of 2 lines. Each line limited to 18 characters total (including
  punctuation and spacing)
• Both sides included with purchase
  
  *Note: Neither BCC nor the engraver will be checking / confirming spelling, punctuation or spacing

Sponsorship Details:

• The cost is for sponsorship of a curling stone handle, not ownership
• No limit to the number of handles sponsored per person
• Handles will be randomly assigned to avoid conflict
• Buffalo Curling Club retains all editing rights over content but will not be checking /
  confirming any spelling, punctuation or spacing
• The new handles will be in use for approximately 7 years. Based on the on the
  understanding our stones will require refurbishment at or around that time
• New handles will be installed once all 64 handles have been sponsored
